“Beautiful”

“They had just took over ownership and the whole town just went through a flood yet they were friendly and even with us having our 2 dogs with us (which is the hardest part of our trips) was a quick but decent stay.”

“A few things keep this from being 5 star across the board: no hair dryer in the room and casita private courtyard landscaping not maintained like rest of the grounds. Otherwise, this place is a gem in Taos.”

Pam helped us to celebrate our family reunion on her own initiative. She exuded warmth and we felt welcome there. Vivian Shaw was also very helpful during our contract talks and kept in touch with me, which is an example of professionalism and promptness. We would like to come back to your place in the near……

“We enjoyed the historic vibe, but with modern restoration. The food (dinner and breakfast on site) was excellent and we enjoyed chatting with the chef and hearing some of the history the hotel.”
